| Method of Shipment: |
Most of our products are shipped via UPS or
SpeeDee (depending on location). Smaller items may go via U.S. Mail.
Any product over the UPS maximum size requirements will be shipped by truck.
Truck shipments are made to any business or nearest terminal (no residential
deliveries). Items are combined (when possible) for best shipping
rates. |
| Damaged or Missing Claims: |
Please inspect the product upon delivery.
If damage is evident, have the carrier make a note of the condition.
Open your order immediately and check the contents.
Any claims for damaged or missing parts should be immediately
filed by you with the carrier. |

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
Back orders will be shipped as soon as available. |

| Returns & Exchanges: |
ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED.
Defective goods must be reported within 30 days of purchase. All returns
must be sent ground service only, UPS or Parcel Post. No C.O.D.'s
accepted. Credit will not be issued if product has been altered or
damaged due to customer neglect, mishandling or abuse. Customer pays
shipping and handling. Receipt must accompany returned or exchanged
product. |
